Your body can’t function without the adequate amount of food. Here’s a few recipes that are low in calories and very delicious.
Spaghetti noodles (substitute with whole grain noodles or spaghetti squash)
Cream of mushroom (2 small cans reduce fat)
Seasoning Blend (onion, celery, and bell pepper)
Velveeta cheese (2%)
2lb Chicken breast
Boil chicken breast in a pot with seasoing blend. When tender, take chicken out of pot and boil noodles in the same water til al dente.
Shred chicken and out back in pot with boiled noodles. Add cream of mushroom and season to taste.
Take miture and put in a baking pan. At this time cut half the block of cubes (shredded velveeta will work as well) and distribute on top of the mixture.
Cover and bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes.
1 lb turkey ground meat
4 stalks of celery
1 bunch of green onion
1 sm bag of frozen corn
2 cans black beans
1 sm frozen bag of chopped spinach
2 cans rotel
seasoning (zatarians, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder)
1 large box of chicken broth
1 large can of tomato sauce
Cook time: 2 hours
2 boxes beef broth
1 small bag chopped spinach
2 cans hot rotel (hot/mild/original your preference)
1 lb chicken breast
1 small bag sliced carrots
Diced red potatoes
Cut up chicken, celery, and green onions. Put all ingredients in stock pot. Season to taste with cajun seasoning and add curry powder (curry powder is very strong, so a small amount is sufficient).
Add water if needed and cook on medium high until celery is tender.
Easy Turkey Meatballs
1 bag of turkey meatballs
2 celery sticks
2 small bottles of KRAFT bar-b-que sauce
1 can cranberry sauce
Cook down onions and celery, then add bar-b-que sauce, and cranberry sauce
Stir until sauce is combined well.
Cook time: 45 mins.
Garlic and Lemon Pepper Wings
1 lb wings
Toss wings in seasoning salt, lemon pepper, and minced garlic. Let the wings chill in fridge over night.
Bake in oven with top off for 30 mins. Then broil for 8 mins on each side.

Ultimate Clean & Lean Lettuce Wrap
4 leaves iceberg lettuce
4 slices roast turkey
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 tbsp hummus
sprinkle of paprika
Top a lettuce leaf with a slice of turkey, cucumber, hummus and paprika, then as if it were a sandwich, wrap it up with another piece of lettuce.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
2 Jalapenos (chopped & seeded)
2 red chili pepper (chopped& seeded)
1 Red onion
In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and chop up into cubes. Chop up tomatoes, jalapenos, red chili pepper, and red onion. Cut lemon in half and squeeze over bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Toss ingredients together and smash avocado into mixture.
