Rise and shine people! Now that we all are back to work or heading to school, it’s time to make those new year’s resolutions priority. It’s been awhile since I posted anything to this site but I’m back!
Please leave your New Year’s resolution below so we can take steps forward on achieving them together. I will start first. My New Year’s resolution is to maintain my weight, go to routine check-ups, and eat right in moderation.
Tip for the day: Remember to always stretch after your workouts to prevent soreness.
