As we know February is Heart Disease Awareness Month and to celebrate this month I’m entering “Go 4 Red 5K Run/Walk” in Atlanta, GA to honor my grandmother who passed away from heart disease. If you guys want to celebrate, look up your city’s heart awareness run and register in honor of the people who are still fighting and those who unfortunately lost their lives to this major disease. Also, this is a fun way to lose weight.

Rise and shine people! Now that we all are back to work or heading to school, it’s time to make those new year’s resolutions priority. It’s been awhile since I posted anything to this site but I’m back!
Please leave your New Year’s resolution below so we can take steps forward on achieving them together. I will start first. My New Year’s resolution is to maintain my weight, go to routine check-ups, and eat right in moderation.
